By selecting the "Alarm Monitoring" service, when your alarm is triggered, our Center and our trained operators can check if they are attempting to invade your site and will then alert the appropriate Authorities by giving them the appropriate information needed to act, such as the description of the zone being activated, the type of signal (from a threat to a medical danger signal) and other necessary information.
At the same time, based on your pre-agreed security protocol, our operators will inform your certified people for the event. Finally, to ensure your privacy of our information's about your installation we provide a specific process with the use of security protocol.
